Welcome to my home, Project So Cal Casa! This full scale gut remodel took our home in SW San Clemente down to the studs and reimagined each space to be the most functional and beautiful home for our family of four.
With a reverse floor plan we took advantage of big ocean view from the second floor. The kitchen of Project So Cal Casa features a 12’ disappearing La Cantina pocket window, JennAir appliances, Visual Comfort Lighting & Brizo faucets & Boxi black cabinets paired with custom walnut cabinets.

We brought a bold floor featuring her favorite nine bold colors in 8”x 8” Concrete Collaborative hues arranged in a pattern she determined on the main floor and 4”x4” random placement on the shower floor. Her bathroom features Brizo plumbing fixtures in Luxe Gold from the Rook Collection. And Visual Comfort Lighting in Antique-Burnished Brass With Etched Crystal. Countertops are Concrete Collaborative in Alabaster WRQ .

My design of bathroom shows off a deeper hue of colorful with Kintsu Collection by Brizo in Brilliance Black Onyx for all the plumbing fixtures along with the pulls, knobs and bathroom accessories such as towel holders, toilet paper holder and the tp shelf. The lighting is Visual Comfort Axis Sconces in Bronze and the tile is Concrete Collaborative Strands x Dwell in Azur & Pewter.
