Design Services
Step 1: Introduction Call
Every project begins with an introduction telephone conversation getting to know you, your project scope and your design goals.
Step 2: In Person Consultation
This is a fun, fast paced two hours that gives you access to professional and customized design insight or a two hour planning meeting for a larger project. We’ll take a walk through your home & discuss the areas that you would like to address.
Following our meeting a design proposal will be presented that outlines the project, scope of work and the design fees.
Step 3: Creating Your Design
After acceptance of the design proposal we will take all of the information gathered at the In Person Consultation and begin to create your custom design. This will include renderings and or mood boards, sourcing items and curating specific finishes and details that will bring new life to your space.
Step 4: Sourcing & Project Oversight
Now that the design has been approved the project begins. In full-service design projects, we order and manage the receivables of your project. Communication with contractors, trades during construction and retailers help make this process simple for you. However, if you choose there is a hybrid design plan option that allows a cost saving by handling procurement and oversight yourself.
Step 5: Installation & Photography
Once construction is completed, furnishings & decor are installed. Finishing a space with specified styling elements is what sets apart good design and a beautifully finished space. We wrap up your project with a professional photography session.
